When a small clinic should not buy chain software
Clinicea is a serious clinic platform. The mismatch is size. A neighbourhood physician who sees 30–40 patients in an evening OPD needs speed at the desk, not a rollout plan.
1. Software should not need a project manager
MediCure is opened in the browser, letterhead is set once, and reception starts tokens. There is no hospital-module checklist before you can print a receipt.
2. WhatsApp is how Indian patients actually show up
Night-before reminders and a digital prescription on WhatsApp cut no-shows. That is included, not a second vendor to wire up.
3. You should own the patient list
MediCure is not a doctor directory. Patients never see another clinic advertised under your name. Export stays available if you ever leave.
